This notice applies to the Healthcare POTS review landing page operated by Global Teck Worldwide for US business inquiries.

Information you give us

When contact capture is enabled, continuing from the contact form saves your full name, email, submission time, and campaign source information in a restricted Google Sheet so we can respond to your audit request. Contact capture is currently disabled; you can still continue to Matt’s calendar. Repeated submissions using the same email are shown as one lead with a history of submissions. This is contact handling for your requested review, separate from optional advertising consent. Do not submit patient, clinical, or other sensitive information.

Optional measurement

If you accept analytics, we may record page visits, video plays, and form-save events. After you identify yourself through the form, an opaque browser token can connect later visits on that browser to your inquiry. We do not use fingerprinting. Declining optional cookies does not stop you from booking.

If configured and you accept marketing, Meta may receive campaign events. Google measurement is optional as well. We do not send form names, emails, hashed contact details, or prefilled calendar links to analytics or advertising services. These providers may process technical identifiers and device information under their own policies. Advertising click IDs are stored with your inquiry only with marketing consent.

Booking and service providers

The appointment calendar is operated by Ooma through Chili Piper and loads when you choose to open it. We prefill the name and email you entered to help you book. Their handling of your booking information is governed by their policies. A calendar opening alone does not confirm an appointment. Google provides restricted spreadsheet storage and our hosting provider serves this page and its contact-capture endpoint.

Your choices and requests

Use Cookie preferences to withdraw optional consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement on this page and clears readable campaign cookies and the stored return-visit token. It does not undo processing already completed. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, or raise a privacy question, through Global Teck’s contact page. Include enough information to identify your request; we may need to verify your identity. Rights depend on applicable law.

Retention and international processing

We retain inquiry information while needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and satisfy applicable obligations, and review it for deletion when no longer needed. Optional browser consent and return-visit tokens expire after 180 days. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. This site is intended for business representatives, not children.
